How I can help
My therapy is delivered in a person-centred way, which means I prioritise your unique experiences, values, and inner wisdom. You are at the heart of the therapeutic process. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you are fully heard, accepted, and supported as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace.
This approach trusts that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—with empathy, authenticity, and respect—helping you discover clarity, build self-trust, and move toward personal growth and healing.
My mindfulness sessions offer a blend of MBSR and MBCT, combining the strengths of both approaches to support emotional balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) focuses on reducing stress through present-moment awareness, gentle movement, and meditation practices. MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) integrates mindfulness with cognitive techniques to help break patterns of negative thinking, particularly useful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, or recurring low mood.
These sessions provide practical tools and a compassionate space to help you manage difficult emotions, respond more calmly to stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
I currently offer both long-term and short-term therapy to adults both in-person and online. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a belief in your ability to heal and grow.
I specialise in working with women wanting support with issues such as:
Burnout and chronic stress
Anxiety and overthinking
Depression
Low self-worth and self-criticism
Perfectionism and people-pleasing
Emotional exhaustion and feeling “not enough”
Difficult life transitions
Grief
Feeling stuck or lost in identity
Struggling to set boundaries
Disconnection from the body or intuition
Wanting to live more mindfully and intentionally
