Hi, I’m Danielle

I’m an integrative therapist, mindfulness teacher, and movement practitioner. I support women who are tired of living in survival mode - constantly switched on, holding everything together, and feeling disconnected from themselves beneath the pressure of everyday life.

Many of the women I work with look like they’re coping on the outside, but internally feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-responsibility.

My work helps you develop awareness of the thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and automatic patterns that may be keeping you stuck — so that you can begin responding to yourself differently, with more choice, self-understanding, and self-trust.
