Individual Therapy with Danielle

It’s important to me as a therapist to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to show up exactly as you are.

You do not need to be in crisis or completely falling apart to come to therapy. Often, clients reach out because something no longer feels sustainable, or because they’ve spent so long coping and pushing through that they’ve lost connection with themselves somewhere along the way.

My Approach

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt the work depending on what feels most supportive for you. Alongside talking therapy, this may include mindfulness practices, nervous system awareness, reflective exercises, or gentle movement where appropriate.

  • Available online or in person in Sevenoaks

  • Session fee: £70
