Movement classes through The Journey Yoga Studio combine yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness in a way that feels welcoming, supportive, and grounded in real life. Drawing from Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and mindfulness practices, sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space to breathe, move, and simply be.
